LOOK: The DSWD Field Office III Disaster Response Management Division (DRMD) visited the DSWD Central Office to meet with DSWD Disaster Response Management Bureau (DRMB) and the Information and Communications Technology Management Service (ICTMS) to explore and plan improvements to the Agency’s disaster response systems.

The consultation meeting discussed the harmonization of the DSWD Disaster Response Command Center (DRCC) and DSWD FO III’s Virtual Disaster Response Operations Center, ensuring enhanced coordination, optimized resource allocation, real-time data sharing, and efficient decision-making processes in times of disasters.

The activity was attended by staff from DRMB – Disaster Response Operations Management, Information, and Communication (DROMIC) Division represented by Mr. Marc Leo L. Butac, Ms. Marie Joyce Rafanan, Mr. Jem Eric Famorcan, and Mr. Jan Erwin Andrew Ontanillas; Mr. Franklin Sien Foronda and Eldwin C. Jumao of DSWD ICTMS; and staff from Disaster Response Information Management Section of DSWD FO III DRMD represented by Mr. Jayli M. Mendoza, Ms. Alliana Pineda, Mr. Kristian De Guia, and Mr. Kevin France Rongcal.
