On 14-17 November 2023, the Disaster Response Management Bureau (DRMB) conducted the Integrated Performance Review and Evaluation Workshop (IPREW) to review, assess, and evaluate the performance of all its divisions and identify gaps and strategies to address the issues in the implementation of its Programs, Projects and Activities (PPAs).
This activity was participated by all officers and staff of the DRMB, with a core group led by the planning team and composed of technical staff from all divisions.
On the last day of the activity, Ms. Red B. Enrique, Administrative Officer V of DSWD, Policy Development Planning Bureau (PDPB) presented and facilitated the Organizational Context for High-Level Process Mapping to guide DRMB in identifying its Mandates, Key Result Areas, and Functions and eventually map out its processes.
Following this, Mr. Rey E. Martija, Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Assistant Bureau Director and Concurrent OIC of Early Recovery Services Division (ERSD), presented the summary of agreements during the whole activity for onward guidance of the bureau’s ways forward.
DRMB Director Michael Cristopher R. Mathay closed the activity applauding everyone’s efforts and contribution and encouraged everyone to continue what each one is doing, for better provision of the bureau to its stakeholders and beneficiaries.
