On the second day of the DSWD Disaster Response Management Bureau (DRMB) Strategic Planning Workshop 2023, a breakout session on the Development of DRMB Vision and Mission Statements was conducted followed by the Overview and Mechanics for Threats, Opportunities, Weaknesses, Strengths (TOWS) Analysis.
